I was gone for the weekend, thus the lack of posts. It was more of a work driven “vacation” but was a very needed getaway for the weekend. I am a huge fan of road trips so even just driving somewhere I’ve never been and snapping some quick pictures is my idea of a vacation. :razz:

Here I am just a little ways north of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. I haven’t had a chance to go camping in the last few years so it was nice to get out into a more wooded area with more wildlife and breath some really fresh air.

This is at the lovely Coeur d’Alene lake watching a boater make his way to the docks. Hopefully this summer I will have a chance to go boating on the lake. There is a resort right behind me that I’d like to visit mid to late summer as well.

Unfortunately we didn’t charge our camera battery before we headed out so we could only snap a few shots. Plus our camera memory stick was pretty close to full so I only manage a few shots. :-( I did get a couple videos with my phone but they are stuck on my phone’s micro sd card until I can buy a card reader.
