Stupid Sucks!

Awhile ago Audrey and I took a trip down to Las Vegas, Nevada so she could visit UNLV (potential grad school). So every Friday I see tons of #followfriday posts on Twitter which kind of drive me crazy. The original idea behind #followfriday was to list a few people to recommend following for others, not giant lists and multiple tweets full of Twitter users. If you want to list more than a few people why not put it in a quick blog post or something?

Something else that bugs me is why Friday? I mean, the weekend is the most boring period of time on the internet. Why not Monday? or Wednesday? Or Monday -> Sunday? There are two products I order from Bodybuilding.com on a regular basis. 100% ON Whey protein and Animal Pak multi-vitamins. I only order once every 1 1/2 months or so and it only costs around $60. Once the pacakge arrives it’s kind of like getting a present and spices up my often times boring day.

The guys (and prob. gals) over at Bodybuilding.com always throw in a couple samples of different stuff ranging from other flavors of protein shake mixes, energy boosters, etc. My last order included these little bottles of “Extreme Energy” shots. Sweet, I’m usually up for testing out this kind of product since I have a never ending amount of work.

1. This stuff tastes good
2. Its size literally makes it look like it was a drink intended for a mini-human about 2ft tall
3. It surprisingly packs a decent punch of energy
4. Feels like it takes effect faster than any other energy supplement I’ve taken, maybe placebo effect?
5. At $5 for 2x they cost more than those delicious Starbucks Frappuccinos

Thanks for the sample bb.com but I see what you’re doing there and it isn’t going to work! Keep sending the samples though, I appreciate it.

So I was getting myself a bowl of Mini-Wheats tonight and had this totally random idea. What if someone created a cereal called “Mini-Creeps” ? The cereal would be like little cookies or something but they would be the faces of your local registered sex offender. I know, creepy right?

Then you would teach your children that they see any of the faces in their cereal in real life than they should stay away from them. Haha, ok, so it’s a dumb idea but it was still funny to me. I think it would backfire in more than one way though so don’t expect to see “Mini-Creeps” at your local grocerery store.

I’m a Twitter user so no, I’m not trying to mock Twitter or Twitter users by reposting this video. I did, however, think this was hilarious. Enjoy!
